Hi and welcome,

My name is Angela, I’m a licensed psychotherapist in the state of New York. I received my MSW from New York University and work individually with teens, young adults and adults.

Whether you may be struggling to get through your day due to concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief/ loss, trauma, new or upcoming life transitions, men’s issues, relationship dissatisfaction or challenges, or are simply needing an appointed time and space for self exploration, taking the first step of beginning therapy is one that is most notable. As someone who grew up in a predominantly male family, I especially recognize the importance of accessible mental health treatment for men.

My goal as a psychotherapist is to provide a nurturing and collaborative space for reparative work and to support you to live a life guided by self-awareness and self-compassion. I practice Psychodynamic psychotherapy that is collaborative, empowering and goal oriented. Treatment with me is holistic and individualized as I integrate CBT, insight-oriented, strengths-based, mindfulness and attachment frameworks. I hope to meet you where you are on your life’s journey and am privileged to do this work with you.
